Fast service and very knowledgeable.
Amazing company with great customer service! We called late on a Friday, thinking we would just have to leave a message but to our surprise, the call was answered by a very lovely gal ( sorry I can’t remember her name 🤦🏼♀️) who was so helpful and set us up for septic service the following Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday morning I got a call from Billy, who was very kind and friendly and he let me know exactly when he would be coming. He showed up on time and was very polite and professional and he even had to move our garbage cans out of the way to get his truck in the driveway but didn’t complain. He did the job very neatly, offered some great advice, finished quickly and was very careful not to disturb the area any more than was necessary, and cleaned up the area when he was finished! I will recommend them to all our friends and neighbors! Keep up the great work Septic Pro! You have an amazing team that you should be proud of!

Once again Septic Pro has gone above and beyond. This is the second time I have had them service my septic system and will continue to use them from this point forward. I had an appointment that was suddenly rescheduled for earlier than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. Septic Pro took the time to ensure I was properly taken care regardless of their current urgency. Thank You very much to the staff for selflessly helping others when they are in need.
Fast, friendly on-time and very reasonable price. But that's not not the best part. Billy is an amazing and genuine person. Pumped out septic and that I needed a riser. Said couldn't afford it right now. He told me we could work out a paymemt plan but when he got here on a Sunday he told me the riser and labor were free. No charge!! God bless you Billy your a true hero to me. Not because it was free but getting to know you a little brighten my wife and I day. God bless you Billy . God bless you.

I can not begin to thank Billy the owner and his super nice wife Brittany for helping us on a Sunday. He came out Saturday evening and had a plan right away. Our home is 60 plus years old and he helped maneuver finding our septic lid. We actually had no idea where the lid might be for our tank. I hate to admit that now. But it happens only being in the home for 8 years. It was something that wasn't thought of until it was a problem. He not only came out and fixed the problem but the lid so happen to be in a flower bed around the out skirts of my pool. He and his excavator Logan even moved my big plants for me. They scooped up my beautiful perennials so I could put them aside to replant them. They treated us like family. Thank you again for all your hard work. I would 100 percent recommend Billy and we will continue to have our septic pumped by Billy at Septic Pro for years to come.
Septic Pro was able to come out quickly and empty our septic tank! Billy was very friendly and took the time to clean up! Very glad we chose their company!
I highly recommend Septic Pros for any septic needs. Company was able to get me scheduled and serviced within two weeks of calling for an appointment. Pricing was fair and Billy was able to get the system pumped in about 30 minutes.

Great service with fast response on a Sunday afternoon. Good, fair price and helpful advice regarding the filter, which had caused the issue. Friendly help when I made the call and when Billy showed up to provide the service. The first thing he did was introduce himself with a handshake. Outstanding! Will use again.

First of all, I called to get an appt and they got me in the same week. They were on time, knowledgeable, efficient & beyond accommodating. I had the wrong hole dug up (new to this septic tank thing) & he knew exactly where the other hole was at and dug it up for me. I should also mention how extremely respectful Billy was throughout the entire appointment. You cannot beat their prices & their service was great! Highly recommend!!!!

Very good experience. Billy was on time and polite also came the next morning I called due to a small backup in my utility room. Cleaned out septic which was needed but unfortunately had a clog inside tha needed to be cleared. Billy gave me names and numbers to call to have tha taken care of also said to tell whoever I get to come out to call him if they have questions. Clog was unplugged and can use my water now. Thank you Billy! Will use you again when needed an refer others who still has a septic ad needs cleaning. Tracy

This company is just the best! The lady that answered the Phone was very nice and helpful. Billy, the owner came out right away when he said. He quoted me a decent price. A Very descent price. Very smooth, hassle free experience. The appointment was scheduled and service done immediately after. I didn't need to be on site. Billy sent picture texts. I was able to add a riser during service. Online payment was easy. Automatic notice will be sent for the next scheduled service.
Billie was great to work with. He went above and beyond to help locate a second tank lid that we weren't aware of. Highly recommend his services and will definitely be using him in the future.
